Nelo and Luigi were the best. Nelo was funny and very knowledgeable and Luigi got us to our destination safely.

The guide was very resourceful and knowledgeable. We found out new interesting things about Pompei and it's one of a kind experience to see the ruins in person.

The problem we encountered was that the whole group (30 people) had to wait for the identity of people under 25 (2 people) to be checked, as well as the free ticket for 1 person.

The guide was informative and pleasant. The audio was necessary due to the large size of the group. The group size was too large and entry was chaotic. The promise that we would skip the line was false. It took more than a hour to reach the entrance and only half of the group made it through. We purchased the option to go to Vesuvius but were too delayed by the chaos to make it. People not in our group were pressing upon us. It was dangerously crowded. At the end of the day the train line had a mechanical problem and over 1000 people had accumulated at the station. No one could tell us how to get back to Sorrento.

Pompei very interesting and Vesuvius cool but far too large a group. Tour guide entertaining, you have to like... For me too drawn out, almost obliged to eat there, I don't like it. I am generally more of an individual tourist.

The guided tour of Pompeii with Vincente was simply fantastic. He guided us through the fascinating ruins of the ancient city with a great deal of passion and an enormous wealth of knowledge. You could feel his passion for history in every explanation. Vincente managed to bring times long past to life - exciting, understandable and always with a smile. After a short drive, we continued on to Vesuvius. Here, too, we were well accompanied - tour guide Mimi delighted us with exciting facts about the volcano. Her stories were informative, entertaining and gave us a great insight into the nature and history of the region. Once we reached the top, we were rewarded with a spectacular view over Naples - simply breathtaking! A big compliment also goes to our coach driver Gigi. He drove us through tight bends and the sometimes challenging road traffic with absolute calm, aplomb and a safe driving style. Thanks to him, we felt completely at ease and safe during the entire trip. All in all, this day was perfectly organized and will remain in our memories for a long time to come. i liked the guide at Pompeii. He was quite knowledgeable and personable. But the day was pouring rain and it was a bit hard to navégate the streets which were actually flowing creeks. Hard to see much in the rain. I'm going back again tomorrow and hoping for better weather.

Our tour guide for Pompeii was great! She gave us so much information and you can tell she had a passion for the site. Merica pur coordinator and guide to the site was fun and kept us all in order. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Giuliano met us & took us on the coach to Pompeii & Amalfi. He was very friendly, polite & informative about different landmarks throughout our journey. The tour guide at Pompeii who I can't remember his name was amazing. Full of facts & knowledge & you could tell he loved his job. The day was full on travelling from Rome & felt like I spent the majority of the day on the coach so wouldn't do that again as it was a lot of money to be sat on a coach for 8 hours. Plus the driver was very heavy with the breaks & we had a few emergency stops throughout the journey which was quite frightening at times & didn't even apologise but the guide made a comment that we made it home in one piece.

By far the most amazing tour guide this city has to offer. Beyond impressed.

The experience is spectacular and you have to do it one day in Capri. From start to finish, the guides on the boat accompany you, give you snacks to eat and soda/beer/lemoncello to drink. Definitely do this tour. The bad thing was not the tour, but the communication with the tour providers, in short all that possible misunderstanding could have been solved with better communication and predisposition for it before: In all the tours I have taken, the company/supplier usually contacts you hours or a day in advance. This was not the case. My tour was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and since I had not received any communication, I sent them a message asking about it. Their response was, "What tour?" After I provided them with the booking details, they informed me that due to "weather conditions" (which could be true or just an excuse to cover up a mistake), the tour was delayed until 11:00 AM. This gave the impression that they did not know what was going on and simply placed us on the next available tour at 11:00 AM. They further stated that they could not have notified us earlier because they found out the night before and the office opened at 8:00 AM. I wrote them at 8:35 AM, so why did they ask "What tour?" if they already knew it was postponed due to weather? It all seems like a series of excuses. Beyond this initial miscommunication, the company later apologized and gave clear information to take the tour correctly at 11AM.

Well organized with a nice boat, skilled captain and super nice guide which made our day on Capri truely memorable. Cant recommend this enough!

The tour was great with a nice guide, swimming and a boat tour around the island. Especially great is the swimming from the tour boat that takes you around the island. If you like nature rather than shopping, I recommend to walk to the natural arch and then continue the walking tour around the island with great views. Until Headout can get their act together and correct their website that misrepresents the time, which they have not done despite me asking many times, you should not believe their times. Tour starts at 7:40 AM at the port of Sorrento and ends at 16:45 at the port of Sorrento.

Excellent organization, leadership and service

The Sorrento walking tour and food tasting experience was a great way to start our holiday in Sorrento. Enabling us to get our bearings quickly and see things a bit off the beaten track with some good food tastings thrown in. Marieliu our guide was lovely with great knowledge as a native to Sorrento. Perfect thank you

Knowledge of guide

The tour was straightforward and didn't waste your time by running you through a presentation before or after trying to get you to purchase something. Fabio was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. It rained the day we went but I'd like to say it was more enjoyable that way as it didn't seem very crowded for a Friday. The train was perfect to get to and from as long as you don't mind the 10 minute walks.

This was an excellent tour!! Highly recommend!! Swimming off the boat was incredible and being able to see all the way around the Island was amazing!

Unfortunately we booked the tour with Capri , Anacapri visit all the transporation in the capri island included and visit to blue grotto. But we didn't get the same tour . We need ourselves to book the transportation in capri island and alternative tour option said in the itenary if blue grotto closed was not also fully provided like we were not taken the boat trip full round the ireland . We paid 125 euro and the boat tour we have taken were with the people who paid 75 euro . I rated as awesome since the alternative tour expirience were good but not worth it for as much we paid . So ideally request for 50 euro refund paying 75 euro as others has paid in the tour, atleast the transportation charge inside the island and the blue grotto entry charge need to be refunded.

I liked the tour guides they speak multiple languages and they made the trip amazing. But we did get the chance to make all the stops as we went to the blue cave. I hope that I will get to see it next time

I liked everything, the place, the landscapes, the guide, etc. Nothing to complain about

In the highlights it was mentioned that transportation in Capri and Anacapri is included in the tour. However that was not the case. We were left to our own and we had to go around ourself. Hence we couldn't cover much. Also I came to know that the other people in the group paid much less amount(around 75Eur) for the same tour. So I even have doubt that we were put on a wrong tour due to less bookings. I regret booking this tour through head out, never booking through head out again. Pick up was provided which was good, however they colllected 10 Eur again for that. Overall unpleasant experience, not worth for the money.

The trip needed more organization. Lunch place wasn't good. Due to weather we couldn't go to Blue Grotto. Overall experience, I will give it a 4/10

Pietro from Enjoy Bike was fantastic. He picked us up from the hotel and accompanied us with the e-bike up the road to Vesuvius. A great experience. To be recommended, but beware of the heat.
